R1P2D5 - Moving along

Yesterday's weight:  132.4
Today's weight:  130.8
Daily -/+:  -1.6
TOTAL -/+:  -8.8

Yesterday was almost perfect - had one bite (ONLY one bite) of my boyfriends crispy fried beef - but everything else was perfect.  :)

I've noticed something though... on days I eat beef instead of fish or chicken, my weight drops a lot the next morning.  The only other time I had steak on this diet I lost 1.2 lbs. the next morning... coincidence?  I have a nice lean cut of London broil at home and plan to have that either tonight or tomorrow so we'll see what happens.  Interesting to see if I have another huge drop.
