I had a pretty rough day yesterday so worried about this morning's weigh-in but still doing good. I'm still so skeptical of HCG but it's slowly proving to me that it can work for anyone! Every morning when I jump on the scale I always think to myself that the weight I lost is only water weight, it'll slow down tomorrow... and granted I'm only on day 4 but still... I don't think I held on to 4 lbs. of water weight from Saturday's weigh-in. So could it really be working?
Before I started HCG I did quite a bit research on the product, from medical papers to customer reviews, and the one thing that I kept coming across is that if you're close to goal weight you'll lose a lot less. I'm a little worried about this fact because I fall into that category of being close to goal weight (15 - 20 lbs. away). Well technically, this is MY goal... for my height, I'm suppose to be between 98 lbs. and 112 lbs. but SERIOUSLY?! Come on! I'll be comfortable at 115 or higher.
So since I'm on the "slower" side of HCG, I figure I better do everything in my power to stick to the diet perfectly. So far, I've been perfect with everything - to my knowledge anyway - and hope I can ride it out for 26 more days!

It's working! Believe it- You can do it!
I was pretty skeptical too. I've NEVER been able to lose weight dieting. EVER! I get too dizzy and my blood sugar bottoms out. I was scared the first few days expecting to end up in the hospital. Now I'm grateful I did . I would have never lost it without it. Then you feel like you can do almost anything if you can keep to such a strict diet. It just seems like you look at food a bit different afterwards.
Holy S&^t! 98 to 112?!! Um. What about your body fat index? That does seem a bit low but I think you can get to whatever YOUR ideal weight is. Just keep up with it even on the days it gets hard. Just tell yourself, it's just 26 days (left). I lost about at the same rate you did until I totally messed up on the eating. 2-3 pounds maybe on the water weight, but your getting past the water weight at 4.4. Unless your exercising and your muscles are trying to repair, you can hold a lot of water that way. Always remember you might see the results more when you measure your inches. Keep note of WHERE your losing the fat from too. That will help on the days that you only lose .4 pounds. It's pounds and itches. You might have been able to lose it before without HCG but you'll notice you lose fat from places you didn't know you held fat at.
You are doing great so far. Take it one day at a time. Keep blogging. You can do this!
I just saw your first post, 34%. Got it. Sorry I posted before I finished reading. :)
