If you found this blog, I assume you've heard about HCG so I won't explain it here... I don't have the time or patience so get educated here if you don't know what it is.
Since I've already instilled the good habits of proper nutrition and regular exercise, I know this is something I can maintain once the weight comes off. I realize the HCG diet isn't a miracle diet but the friends/testimonies/forums/facebook fans ALL can't be wrong about the results. I'm still skeptical and almost feel like I'm doing the diet to prove it doesn't work... so I have no expectations.
